This year marked the launch of groundbreaking shot blasting systems designed to cater to diverse industries:
- NF Sand Blasting Cabinet: a versatile solution ideal for sandblasting small components in sectors like aerospace and maintenance. With suction and pressure blasting models, these cabinets deliver superior flexibility and efficiency.
- Automated Shot Blasting Series: built to handle a wide range of industrial applications, these systems combine advanced technology with unmatched performance, ensuring optimal surface treatment for components of all shapes and sizes.
Enhanced Disc Finishing Solutions
In July, we introduced our upgraded Centrifugal Disc Finishing (CDF) Machines. These new models are a game-changer for surface finishing, offering:

Expanding with BRIO Ultrasonics
ActOn Finishing became the exclusive UK distributor for BRIO Ultrasonics Cleaning Systems in 2024. The new and innovative range of ultrasonic cleaning machines includes:
- Laboratory and Work Table models.
- Multi-Stage Systems and custom solutions for specific industrial requirements.
This partnership enhances our ability to provide cutting-edge cleaning technology tailored to diverse needs.
New Ultrasonics Hub
We launched a dedicated website this year to showcase our ultrasonic cleaning technology. It serves as a central resource, offering:
- Detailed information on ultrasonic solutions.
- Case studies highlighting real-world applications.
- Guidance on selecting the right finishing technology for various industries.
Exhibitions and Industry Engagement
In 2024, ActOn participated in several key industry events to connect with partners and showcase our solutions:
